Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CoinFlare ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access or use the Platform.
Description of Service
CoinFlare is a decentralized finance (DeFi) network and liquidity hub built on the EVM Network. The Platform provides:
- Decentralized cloud services
- White label liquidity bootstrappers including farms, bridges, and staking
- 10 ms frequency oracle services
- Trustless exchange and decentralized stablecoin (aUSD)
- BNB Liquid Staking (LBNB) and EVM+ integration
User Eligibility
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You are not prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of the Platform is prohibited
Wallet Connection & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. The Platform does not store or have access to your private keys. You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for your wallet and transactions
- Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible
- You should never share your private keys or mnemonic phrases
- You should verify all transaction details before confirming
Security Warning
Important: Never share your private keys or mnemonic phrases with anyone. CoinFlare will NEVER ask for your private keys. Always verify you are on the official website.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
- Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or its servers
- Using the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Transmitting malware or harmful code
- Impersonating any person or entity
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Fees & Transactions
The Platform may charge fees for certain services. All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction. You acknowledge that:
- Gas fees on the EVM Network are separate and may vary
- Transaction fees are non-refundable
- You are responsible for all fees associated with your use of the Platform
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CoinFlare and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Platform
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
- Create derivative works based on the Platform
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinFlare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Platform
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
- Any content obtained from the Platform
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoinFlare and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of and access to the Platform
- Your violation of any term of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
- Any claim that your content caused damage to a third party
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CoinFlare operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
